Refund policy
RETURNS
- You may return and exchange items (excluding sale items and accessories) within 7 days from receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Furthermore, items must not have been washed, worn, or altered. In addition, items must also be in the original packaging.
- DO NOT remove the tag attached to your garment. Once the tag is removed, the garment cannot be returned (unless faulty or required by law).
- To complete your return, please be aware that you should keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item that is not found in its original condition, is damaged or contains missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned after the timeframe stated in our policy, 10 days, will not be applicable for exchange or refund.

EXCHANGE PROCESS
- To initiate the return process of any item you wish to return, you can contact us via phone on +971 50 422 8685or email to colorstory.dee@gmail.com requesting an exchange or return.
- After confirmation of the return/exchange request, we will inform you of the pick-up details.
- Once your returns are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Subject to approval, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned through bank transfer.
- To complete your return, please be aware that you should keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
- If after contacting your credit card company your refund is not displayed yet, please contact us via phone on +971 50 422 8685or email us at colorstory.dee@gmail.com.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly contact your bank and/or credit card company. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to the account.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items sold during sale, or any promotion cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are found defective or damaged within 7 days from receiving your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at colorstory.dee@gmail.com and send your item to the location according to the instructions given by Color Story by Dee.
