Tribal Thumka

African and Indian aesthetics has always been a source of inspiration through my travels and my roots. Hence “Tribal Thumka” is a facet stemming from this inspiration which is all about Ankara (African wax print fabrics) fused with Indian fabrics like Ikkat, Bandhani, Chanderi, Raw Silk.
This season, influenced by questions of the fashion industry’s ethics, and survival in the pandemic, we have used fabrics sourced from India and Africa (Ghana, South Africa & Angola) merged with conscious methods of production to create exclusive and contemporary pieces, vital to every woman’s wardrobe.
With an eye for detail, the tailoring and fit is designed on emanating the accentuated colors combined with contrasting prints. We have created energetic, bold and feminine silhouettes which are snazzy, fun & functional. This capsule collection is all about vibrancy.
